When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed the same day that we receive them and generally shipped within one to two business days. 
 

How do I check the status of my order?

If you have any question about your order, including order status, you can visit our website and track your purchase through your account or contact us at hello@jacebanu.com. If you have an account you can log in and check your order status.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Standard and express shipping is available for customers within Australia. Standard shipping within Australia will be sent via Australia Post and costs $12. Express shipping is available for $20 via Australia Post Express. We expect products to arrive within 1-5 days from time of dispatch. We do not have control over postage times and delays. 

International Shipping

International shipping charges vary based on location. International shipping will be sent via Australia Post and connect with the local postage system once it reaches the destination country.  We expect products to arrive within 7-14 days from time of dispatch. We do not have control over shipping times and delays. 

What are the shipping costs and options?

We offer standard and express shipping services to almost everywhere in the world. Please remember that orders are generally shipped within two business days of receipt and, therefore, two business days should be added to the corresponding delivery time shown with your standard or priority shipping choices.
